The Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Steering Committee is tasked with raising the visibility and participation of women in ULI by sponsoring events, curating and executing WLI exclusive programs, and working with our ULI Triangle Committees to strengthen our women leaders within our community.

ULI Americas WLI Leadership Team:

The Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) was established in 2011 as a program of the Urban Land Institute. Today it has an active Americas Executive Committee in addition to 40+ chapters in 8 countries around the world. The WLI leaders support local programming and initiatives, helping to increase both the number and visibility of more women leaders throughout ULI’s vast network.
