ULI Carolinas is a regional collaboration of three Urban Land Institute District Councils: ULI Charlotte, ULI South Carolina, and ULI Triangle.
Together, we serve professionals across North and South Carolina who are shaping the future of the built environment, bringing together leaders from every sector of the real estate industry—including development, finance, architecture, planning, and public policy—to foster learning, share expertise, and promote responsible land use and sustainable community development.
ULI Carolinas provides opportunities for leadership and volunteer involvement in ULI at the regional level.
One of the largest regional gatherings of real estate professionals, attracting over 800 attendees annually for thought leadership, networking, and behind-the-scenes tours of innovative projects.
These councils convene members to explore market trends, urban growth strategies, and development challenges unique to the Carolinas.
