The State of Downtown Raleigh 2014 provides a comprehensive market analysis of Raleigh’s Central Business District. This is the premier event for real estate investors, developers, brokers, and economic developers, whose clients are eager to learn more about Raleigh’s dynamic downtown. Downtown is an amenity-rich location that is fast becoming an office campus for technology companies and a hub for the “creative class.” Our distinguished panel will discuss their views from the perspective of a new downtown tenant (Ipreo), an established development company (Dominion Realty Partners, LLC), and the economic development arm of the local government (City of Raleigh):
- D. O’Hara Macken, EVP & Managing Director, Global Products & Applications – Ipreo
- Andy Andrews, CEO and President – Dominion Realty Partners, LLC
- James Sauls, Raleigh Economic Development Manager – City of Raleigh
- Mitchell Silver, Chief Planning & Development Officer – City of Raleigh
David Diaz, President and CEO of the Downtown Raleigh Alliance, will moderate the panel discussion and unveil the findings from the 2014 State of Downtown publication which is designed specifically for investors and clients who are interested in developing a new building in, or attracting a new company to Wake County’s premier downtown.
