ULI Triangle is proud to announce the return of the Development 360 Program for its sixth year! This professional development series runs from January through June 2026 and is open exclusively to ULI members under the age of 35.

Program Structure

The Development 360 Program includes six in-person sessions that guide participants through the entire real estate development process—from site selection to leasing and management. Each session is led by senior-level professionals who share their insights through interactive discussions, case studies, and Q&A, rather than traditional lectures.

Participation is limited to 40 ULI members under age 35, ensuring a small-group environment that fosters meaningful engagement and personalized learning.

• January 14: Proforma & Site Selection
• February 11: Site & Environmental Design
• March 11: Architecture
• April 15: Entitlements
• May 13: Construction
• June 10: Leasing & Management

Program Goals

• Share best practices and lessons learned from experienced professionals.
• Build foundational knowledge of development principles and processes.
• Foster a collegial, non-competitive learning environment.
• Expand professional networks and peer relationships.

Participant Requirements

• Must be a current ULI member under age 35.
• Commit to attending all sessions.
• Register and pay the program fee by January 9, 2026.
• Refrain from marketing firm services during sessions.
• Respect confidentiality and avoid sharing proprietary information.

This is an industry meeting among industry peers, it is educational in nature. No overt marketing of a firm and its services is permitted. This is a place to build relationships, learn about the development process, and share best practices.  

Scholarship Opportunity

A full-access scholarship is available. To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a current ULI Triangle Young Leaders Group (YLG) or Student Member
• Be an early-career professional or student in real estate or a related field
• Demonstrate financial need or face barriers to accessing professional development opportunities
