Women’s Leadership Initiative’s Mentorship Program
The WLI mentorship program is designed to connect ULI Triangle Women with established real estate and land use professionals, providing the opportunity to get to know the future women leaders in the industry. This program aims to provide opportunities for both participants and mentors to grow by sharing their knowledge and experiences in an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust, and respect.

This seven month program starts in March and will conclude October, 2023.
New for 2023, Two-Track System
We are rolling out a new two track system for our mentors and mentees. Both have the option of choosing a framework-based mentorship style, focused on personal growth through internal analysis using external tools such as SWOT Analysis and Strengths Finder.
Track 1 – takes a deep dive into discovering your own best goals and best path forward, guided by the mentors.
Track 2 – is more conversation and experienced based, allowing the mentor and mentee to navigate the mentorship relationship their own way with more flexibility.

We strive to find the Best Match
The WLI mentorship program aligns Mentors and Mentees based on their field of interest. Whether this is a current field of interest or one a mentee may wish to move into. This opportunity provides participants growth and knowledge in their areas of business.
This WLI program is an industry meeting among industry peers, it is educational in nature. No overt marketing of a firm and its services is permitted. This is a place to build relationships, learn about the industry, and share best practices.
