Innovation and technology are rapidly evolving the consumer space.  The transformation is impacting consumer behavior, the environments in which we work and housing preferences.  Our communities are changing.  It is imperative that ULI remain on the forefront of these issues by reaching beyond our typical membership to those who are on the front lines of innovation.

Embracing these changes includes examining the impact and applicability of outside innovation and accelerating the growth potential to drive new concepts within our industry.
