ULI Triangle congratulates the winners and finalists of the third annual J.W. Willie York Awards. ULI members, friends, colleagues and families gathered at the NC Museum of Art to celebrate with this year’s honorees:

Community Builder Award
Steve Stroud, Chairman of NAI Carolantic, co-founder of Highwoods Properties and force behind the Carolina Hurricane’s move to Raleigh.

Influence Award Winner
Durham Performing Arts Center, for their exemplary role in influencing the development of and bringing vitality to Durham’s downtown.

Innovative Award Infill Winner
801 N. West Street, for its inventive and interesting redesign of a ubiquitous warehouse into a cutting-edge office and social space.

Idea Award Winner
RTP Park Center, for a bold vision of the future of Research Triangle Park.
