From Dix Park to Chavis Park and the Little Rock Greenway, the south side of Raleigh is bursting with a diversity of development activity. Along a six mile route, this tour, led by Ken Bowers, will learn about additions to Chavis Park and the Chavis-Dix Strollway; new affordable housing developments; and transformative projects at the doorstep of Dix Park. We will meet and end the tour at Trophy Maywood Brewery & Taproom.
