ULI Triangle is proud to present the 2026 Development 360 Program, a six-month professional development series designed for ULI members under 35 who are eager to deepen their understanding of the real estate development process.
Whether you're looking to accelerate your career, gain real-world insights, or build meaningful connections with industry leaders, Development 360 offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from senior-level professionals in an engaging, interactive format.
Program Goals

- Expand professional networks and connect with senior real estate leaders.
2026 Schedule & Topics
Each session provides a comprehensive overview of a key phase in the development cycle and includes networking and a speaker-led discussion.
- January 14 – Proforma & Site Selection
- February 11 – Site & Environmental Design
- March 11 – Architecture
- April 15 – Entitlements
- May 13 – Construction
- June 10 – Leasing & Management
Participant Requirements
- Must be ULI members under 35.
- Commit to attending all six sessions.
- Register and pay by January 9, 2026.
- Maintain active ULI membership throughout the program.
- Respect the educational nature of the sessions (no marketing or proprietary info sharing).

- Be a current ULI Triangle Young Leaders Group (YLG) or Student Member
- Be an early-career professional or student in real estate or a related field
- Demonstrate financial need or face barriers to accessing professional development opportunities
