We’re celebrating 17 years of ULI South Carolina’s Capital Markets Conference—and you’re invited! The conference will take place at West Beach Conference Center on Kiawah Island, SC. The conference kicks off with a networking lunch starting at 11:00AM on November 19, and includes an opening reception at 5:30PM that evening on the Grand Lawn at The Sanctuary. The conference wraps at noon on Thursday, November 20.

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected]. 
Please note, hotel/villa accommodations are separate from conference registration and must be cancelled separately through the resort.

Cancellation requests received by October 17, 2025 - 100% refund minus a $35 processing fee
Cancellation requests received by October 31, 2025 - 50% refund minus a $35 processing fee
Cancellation requests received November 1, 2025 or later, no refund will be provided.
