We’re celebrating 17 years of ULI South Carolina’s Capital Markets Conference—and you’re invited! This gathering of top real estate minds in the Southeast has become a can’t miss tradition, packed with engaging discussions and practical insights. The conference will take place at West Beach Conference Center on Kiawah Island, SC. The conference kicks off with a networking lunch starting at 11:00AM on November 19, and includes an opening reception at 5:30PM that evening on the Grand Lawn at The Sanctuary. The conference wraps at noon on Thursday, November 20.

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel rooms and villas in the room block are sold out. A limited number of villas are still available for conference registrants at a 10% discount. Please note that reservations are handled by Kiawah Island Golf Resort and not ULI South Carolina. Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected].
Please note, hotel/villa accommodations are separate from conference registration and must be cancelled separately through the resort.
Cancellation requests received by October 17, 2025 - 100% refund minus a $35 processing fee
Cancellation requests received by October 31, 2025 - 50% refund minus a $35 processing fee
Cancellation requests received November 1, 2025 or later, no refund will be provided.
