Fall Meeting Scholarships Available for Public Officials

The Rose Center for Public Leadership is offering scholarships for a limited number of public officials to attend the Fall Meeting. Eligibility: Must show engagement and leadership responsibility within ULI. Must be an elected or appointed, or management-level staff person at a municipal, regional governance, or districts with the authority to levy assessments. Award: Ten winners will receive complimentary registration and up to $2,000 expense reimbursement for transportation and lodging. ULI Carolinas Awarded $15,000 Urban Innovation Grant

RALEIGH (November 13, 2013) —  The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Carolinas’ district councils of Charlotte, South Carolina and Triangle are pleased to announce a $15,000 ULI Urban Innovation Grant Award.  The ULI Carolinas grant will be used to support their January 2014 regional forum that will focus on rethinking and reorienting the future of southern communities from car- to people-oriented.
