NEW ULI Case Studies

Via Verde in New York City is a mixed-income residential development offering innovative, high-quality sustainable design and affordable rental and ownership housing for people at a range of income levels, combined with health-focused amenities. The project, which is located on a brownfield site, is a key component of the city’s efforts to revitalize the South Bronx. Riverfront Park in Colorado is an urban infill planned community on former railroad land. The project is the result of a 25-year collaboration to create a viable and vibrant urban residential community in downtown Denver.
