Highwoods Properties acquired One Bank of America Plaza in downtown Raleigh in September 2014 for over $90M. Since that time, the building has undergone extensive renovations and changes in tenants. In January, YLG members got an early look as renovations of the building on City Plaza in downtown Raleigh wrapped up. Representatives from Highwoods explained the firm’s strategy behind the acquisition and major renovations that have modernized and aesthetically transformed the property.
