About ULI Triangle
Welcome from Andy Holland, Chair, Triangle District Council
Welcome to ULI Triangle, an active District Council of the Urban Land Institute, approximately 600 members strong. Our District Council offers abundant opportunities to get involved, get educated and meet other professionals in the real estate industry. We host monthly programs on relevant land use topics, and provide members opportunities to better their community through outreach and education.
Our regularly-scheduled events include:
- In-depth forums for members and non-members on topics ranging from regional competitiveness and sustainability to economic forecasts
- Members-only, free roundtable programs highlighting both lessons learned from specific projects, as well as public policy issues such as workforce housing and downtown revitalization
- Technical Advisory Panels or TAPS where members assist communities with a land-use issue
- Partnership forums for the “Young Leaders Group” and a mentorship program for our “Women’s Leadership Group” where more experienced industry leaders share their expertise and mentor younger members
ULI Triangle members are leaders within their fields, and represent a variety of disciplines including developers, elected and appointed officials, brokers, investors, architects, lawyers, engineers, public sector professionals, as well as academia.
